Just add the ATK power of the monster that it is in your graveyard, and that's it ATK and DEF of ra.

3rd calling is, by sacrificing all of your lifepoints into ra's ATK an DEF. Thus, once you sacrifice all of your lifepoints to ra, your lifepoints would become 1. This effect will effect after the monster will back to the graveyard (2nd calling after).
The monster will be summoned again by activating the monster reborn again.
