Random Thoughts, Personal
Sometimes I'll spend hours pouring my soul into the textboxes on the "add new blog" page and then just hitting the back button. One day I'll blog my deepest thoughts on here but until then, you'll have to make do with the superficial stuff! I think if you all got to read the stuff I write on here without submitting the page you'd remove me from your friends lists! I write it, read it over and get to see quite a lot about me that I never realised was such a problem before!
I'd recommend it to anyone. Hit your "New Blog Post" button now and go be as brutally honest as you can. Just be careful not to hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page! (Or do what I do and hover the mouse over it just for the adrenaline rush!)

Divorce, Personal, alcohol
I'm back from the hospital where they've spent the last hour cutting my back up! It was really very strange to feel blood pouring down your back but not the surgeon actually cutting you. I could feel him prodding and poking but felt no pain. I find that very strange...

I'm not well known for travelling. I have no stamps in my passport. The first time I ever left the country was after my 18th birthday (the Bridlington speed boat doesn't count, apparently) and I've been on a grand total of 6 flights (for the absence of doubt, that's 3 round trips!). 2 of those flights happened this weekend when 7 friends and myself decided to leave the sunny inclines of Yorkshire, England for the slightly more exotic Budapest, Hungary.

Kids, Personal
Today I got a call from my ex-wife. She had just dropped my son off at nursery and had to call me to tell me what the owner of the nursery had said. My son is 17 months old and he talks very well. He can sing "Wheels on the bus" and other songs and understands a huge amount of what we say to him. He's a very alert baby and very, very dextrous!

Band, TV
So I got high definition TV installed this weekend with like a million TV shows stored so I can watch them whenever I want! And I have all the sports channels so I get to sit at home and watch the football over and over again! Life is sweet!

I'm used to not fitting in, in fact - I'm kind of proud not to! I have a close group of friends and I'm really enjoying my life at the moment. (I can guarantee that now I have said that something really bad is going to happen and I'll hate my life! I've jinxed myself, haven't I?) I don't know quite how to say this but I really wish I was a

I'm the laziest blogger on My Opera, it's true. Sometimes there's daily posts, other times it's more like monthly! I'm getting internet at home (gosh... that's like a luxury or something!) pretty soon and maybe a PC to go with it. (Yes, I ordered internet and don't have a PC... I do have Xbox live... but the internet was bundled with the TV + Phone line so I had very little choice in the matter!)

My idea of hell, I realised today would be a really tasty meal with mixed vegetables. I hate peas and I have to work really hard to remove each and every pea before eating the rest of the vegetables! When I get down to see my old pal Lucifer, this will be my eternal hell prepared especially for me.
Peas + tomatoes (but not tomato puree of other tomato - based products) are the work of Satan himself!
