Mine started coming up through the snow but by the time they opened the snow was gone.

Do you have photos of them on Opera? I love crocuses...that first flourish of brilliant color in the deep dull days of winter!

I didn't get any pictures of them, I was working nights at the time and it was all I could do to function...by the time I was human again they were just about gone and not as pretty anymore. I'll take some photos next year, I promise LOL.
It is always a thrill when I see them start to come up, it does mean spring is coming even after a winter like this that seemed never ending...especially working at a ski resort LOL...we didn't even close til April 21 which was a record for them. I wondered why they didn't stay home and have outdoor cookouts since the temps were in the 70's even if we did have snow on the slopes

But then after cleaning up after them all winter I was SO ready to see the snow melt
