What a beautiful pizza! It must have been delicious! smile My husband used to make his own pizza dough frequently when our kids were younger...and he also thought his was the best ever! lol I'll show him your photos, and as the weather is turning cooler, we will try making a pizza base with the bread machine. up Now I'm thinking about goat cheese, onions, mushrooms, garlic, Roma tomatoes,...wink

I have had this bread machine for over ten years, and this exact model is not made any more...but when I was researching which machine to buy this is the brand/model that was most highly recommended. Even though it was quite expensive, it is still wonderful, and does save us a lot of money for the kind of excellent bread that we enjoy. up

I think I will buy one machine for me! smilesmile

I forgot to put garlic! But have a bit of oregons! and "red pimento" that gives so great taste!winkwink

If you are going to get one, I would definitely recommend the Zojirushi, which still is rated the highest of all the machines on a couple websites I have just looked at. It sounds like you have lots of good/delicious ideas for using it already! up

Yes, Cynthia...I definitely recommend this machine! I have read recent reviews, and learned that the model which has superseded mine even has a couple small improvements. up

That looks wonderful! What a shame my breadmaker is broken. When I get another one, I'll have to try this, it looks great! I used to make all our bread even before we had the breadmaker. It was nice for the kids to come in from the cold in Canada and have hot bread and butter for a snack.

Wow, it seems that you often use that machine in USA and Canada!

Well, I will start now to use...doh

Frog, I can't find that brand here in Portugal! Only to make rice...sad but I want bread not rice...sadsad

Hmmm...I went to http://www.zojirushi-world.com/europe/index.html and I see what you mean. worried

You probably have seen this information about the machine that is successor to mine: http://www.zojirushi.com/ourproducts/breadmakers/bbcc_x20.html I know that these are sold by amazon.com here, as well as many other online merchants:http://www.dealtime.com/xPC-Zojirushi-BBCC-X20-Home-Bakery-Supreme

I did find an Ebay seller ( http://cgi.ebay.com/Zojirushi-BBCC-X20-Home-Bakery-Supreme-2-lb-B-NEW-8645_W0QQitemZ150291014675QQihZ005QQcategoryZ20669QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247 ) but they don't ship them outside the USA. down

Now I don't know what to advise...I know that sometimes products have different model and even brand names when sold internationally, so perhaps it's available through another route. What do you find when you search on "best bread machine" through European search engines?

José Torreszetorres Friday, September 12, 2008 1:30:56 PM

So I will try buy that one: http://www.worten.pt/ProductDetail.aspx?pid=02660653&oid=8%7C31%7C191%7C&c= smilesmile

This does look good, Ze! It makes a decent size loaf and has a 96% user rating! http://alatest.com/user-reviews/miscellaneous/clatronic-bba-2605/pu3-32225696,2/?all=1 party

I found some recipes for this machine that look very appealing, at: http://pains-du-monde.blogspot.com/2006/11/recettes-pour-machine-pain-clatronic.html smile I might try some of these in my machine!
