This little URL hack will allow you to view the photos in a quicker, alternative format.
How about an example...
This guy does excellent photos:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/santu/81903269/
Just add surf to the end of the URL and notice the difference:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/santu/81903269/surf
To go into surf mode, just click on a photo where you can see the comments. Adding "surf" from there usually works.
