Definitely worthy... I'm a Sony addict, and the latest three phones I've had have been SEs. My loyal SE W810i is due to retirement any time now, and I have been eye balling the Xperias for a long time. My stepson - also a Sony man - got himself the XP10 mini a couple of weeks ago and is more than satisfied with it. Good looking and nice to fondle, if you know what I mean... This one, however, has more... erm... definition. Lovely. It has all I need, including a nice cam corder... Hm...

Dark FurieFurie Tuesday, February 8, 2011 7:12:35 AM

It'll be announced on the 13th at MWC so you'll be able to get a price then. Probably 400 Euros minimum though.

Martin K™Aqualion Tuesday, February 8, 2011 7:30:41 AM

Has both a mini-jack and a mini-USB port. The USB port alone gives it almost infinite possibilities when it comes to interaction with exterior devices. SE's don't need all kinds of drivers or additional software to communicate with other machines, you just connect them. Has no radio, though... Not that it matters much, it's just that the other day the thought suddenly came to me, that I just had to know how many radios I actually had in the house: one in the bathroom, one in the bedroom, one in the kitchen, one in the study/office, two in the living room, one in my telephone, one in my mp3 player, a total of eight. Plus the car radio. This means that to keep up standards, I must have a radio in the next phone I get, because then I have ten radios.

But you have to have the headphones connected to use them in phones. yuck

What about a man who they took his thumbs off? scared

Dark FurieFurie Tuesday, February 8, 2011 7:58:21 PM

He had green plastic put in their place. Luckily he doesn't play video games and was being treated for his addiction to twiddling his thumbs. This is his therapy.

Bad WolfCois Wednesday, February 9, 2011 5:56:53 AM

hmmm.. This reminds me of a magazine ad where they sew? sewed?? a pair of extra thumbs on a kid.

In a distant future we will all just be brains with thumbs, texting away on different portable devices. Hey... Did I say 'distant' future..?

Mad Scientist (عادل)qlue Wednesday, February 9, 2011 8:30:54 AM
