@import url(http://files.myopera.com/Furie/themes/operamini.css);

Installing
1) To install it, first goto MY ACCOUNT, DESIGN and change your current theme to Silver.
2)Then click the CUSTOM STYLE SHEET link below Select A Design and enter the code (just above here) in the text box, then click SAVE.
3) One final stage to make it look extra special. Goto MY ACCOUNT, SIDEBARS AND MENUS and make sure the Top Bar is set to white.

Special thanks go to Dr Launch for helping me learn this stuff in the first place, and teaching me how to cut it down to just the one line of code.

Wow! That's cool.
What's the link to the blog?

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 12:39

Just click the picture. :D

~ Callya ~ 14. October 2007, 12:53

Really  Mik. WOW. Alot of work:cheers:, ...Hmmm, you're quite smart hey...p:.

But now, if i use this design, it alters my opera design the Puties see?

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 12:55

Yes and no. You can replace some of the elements if you wish. Putting the last two lines of this design in place of their respective counterparts in your would put your page in the n95 for example, but with your own banner. You'd lose the beach scene though.

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 12:56

Not a lot of work at all, by the way. Check the code up there and you'll see just how lazy I've been. Always work smarter, not harder.

~ Callya ~ 14. October 2007, 13:51

 but you still put effort and thought into it

Dacotah 14. October 2007, 13:55

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 14:51

No thought really either. I've just been after something like that from the default themes since I got here. There's one for people who like Opera but nothing for people who owe a lot to Opera Mini. Once I'd learned to make my own I didn't need it anymore, but others can get something out of it.

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 14:53

Thanks for the comments guys. Must remember my manners sometime eh?

Red 14. October 2007, 16:16

Haha! Sick~!!!

+++++:D++++++

Christopher DaSilva 14. October 2007, 20:25

Man I soooo do not belong to this post. But good job mate

Wait... It means I can have it on my blog??

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 20:44

If you really want to. I'm making this available for anyone that wants it.

Christopher DaSilva 14. October 2007, 21:10

Oh sooo want my blog to look like an N95

So I just copy it and paste on the CSS field? (Sorry, I suck at mobile blogging AND css :frown:)

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 21:33

Yep. But if you want to keep the sheep banner, only copy the last two lines.

Christopher DaSilva 14. October 2007, 23:14

Lol, I lost it all when I tried to update my name (I know I know, kick my balls)

I will try to set all up now so I can have all :D

Santa Furie 14. October 2007, 23:30

Have fun. And direct people to me if they ask why yours looks so spanking gorgeous.

Christopher DaSilva 15. October 2007, 02:58

They already did :eyes:

I might post about it tomorrow... The mobile looks just so spanking real and gorgeous, of course.

AND I can have my gf on the banner as well! :D Can't be any happier!!!!

Santa Furie 15. October 2007, 08:35

~ Callya ~ 15. October 2007, 11:23

Mik, i saw your status yesterday where you thought you'd been banned.
Every second time i log in I get a funny "sorry the monkeys made an error...blah blah...banned...code" message:irked:. Was yours the same?

Santa Furie 15. October 2007, 11:28

Pretty much. I mailed Espen about it from one of my spare accounts and it was sorted by noon.

~ Callya ~ 15. October 2007, 11:34

Thanx. If it persists i shall do the same.

r♡se 15. October 2007, 12:06

*going ontopic again :eyes:*

Have you tried unfixing the background (phone)?

Santa Furie 15. October 2007, 14:39

Nope. I cut it down like that and fixed it deliberately. It's a first impressions kinda thing, plus I wanted it to be as small a code as possible.

Even on a high resolution phone with Opera Mini on it's smallest text size, one of those lines of code seems about two or three lines long. And Mini users would have to copy it out onto paper then copy it into their CSS field manually anyway.

Santa Furie 15. October 2007, 14:41

My original idea was to have the phone top as it is. Then to copy the sides of the screen repeatedly as the page scrolls down. Then at the bottom to have the end of the phone. But I think that'd look a bit weird with larger posts, plus this is just as effective for less than half the work.

DrLaunch 15. October 2007, 15:10

Wow! Pretty cool. It's possible to make an illusion where the page looks like it's scrolling inside the display. That might be cool. But I'm absolutely not sure how to do it.

r♡se 15. October 2007, 16:24

Aha! Well it's cool anyway.

Santa Furie 15. October 2007, 18:29

Woah, way too much work for me. I'd have to define a screen area for starters, probably by putting elements of my theme on top and elements below. Although, as it is now, that'd be a hell of a cool effect.

Hmmm, I've edited it down to the import code you helped me out with so I may do some work on it...

Dennis 22. October 2007, 17:50

Wait a minute. Wait a minute! _Spare_ accounts? Explain that, please.
BTW, very cool thingy, Mik!

Santa Furie 22. October 2007, 17:58

http://my.opera.com/DimensionTestFurie is my best known spare account, and I've got another to test some things out on without ruining my page.

Glad you like my thingy baby. flirt

Dennis 22. October 2007, 18:16

Can I touch it? p:

Santa Furie 22. October 2007, 18:26

You can insert it into your box if you want. It'll make you prettier.

~ Callya ~ 22. October 2007, 18:43

:eyes::right::left:

Santa Furie 22. October 2007, 18:49

Callya's had too much in her box recently and spent too long fiddling in there herself to risk putting it in.

Dennis 22. October 2007, 18:55

:yikes::lol:

~ Callya ~ 22. October 2007, 18:58

:o: there's still more fiddling to be done :o: :o:

Santa Furie 22. October 2007, 19:27

Christopher DaSilva 23. October 2007, 02:08

Serola 23. October 2007, 12:41

Is this CUSTOM STYLE SHEET link something available only for payed members?

DrLaunch 23. October 2007, 12:56

serola: No. You just need to follow the instructions above. If you're having trouble installing, just say what you're having trouble with here and you'll get help.

Serola 23. October 2007, 13:05

There is was no such thing as 'custom style sheet link' displayed below 'Select A Design' on my blog design settings: http://img84.imageshack.us/img84/2001/operablogqm0.jpg

Edit: Solution found at http://my.opera.com/community/forums/topic.dml?id=207257

Santa Furie 23. October 2007, 15:19

Sorry, could have told you that had I been online.
