No, not cocaine. It's something that is awesome and probably won't ruin your life. It's an odor eliminator (think, Oust or Glade), and it's fun to use. You put one of the capsules into a balloon, blow through the capsule into the balloon, then take the capsule out and let the balloon fly around the room, leaving a pleasant scent in its wake. Alternatively, you can sue the time-release option. Leave the capsule in the balloon and let the sweet scents fill the room slowly throughout the day. Or, you could even twist the top off of one of the capsules and just take a direct hit of it when you need to awaken your senses. Unfortunately, I have no idea whether this is a real product and you can buy it, or if it is merely a concept.

Looks like (from what I can read) the red one is Peach scented, and the blue one is raspberry. I think. The text is small.

Ahh.. Japan and their weird but cool and somewhat practical/unpractical products. I could see that being imported here in the USA, though they may have to change the name to something that sounds less conspicuous.
