Senator Rand Paul addresses Senate on update to "No Child Left Behind"

The Senate is trying to push an 868 page bill through (with only 48 hours for Senators to look at it) which will amend the "No Child Left Behind" legislation. Right now, no one knows what is in the bill (except for those who wrote it), and Rand Paul is very upset about this. You can watch the video of him addressing the Senate below:
