I just saw a link to this pastebin on Sabu's Twitter feed. Turns out that some disgruntled hackers who were part of Anonymous have been waging a little war of their own. They like the idea that was behind Anonymous, however they do not like the way that AnonOps runs their IRC servers. Since Anonymous is a collective, and AnonOps doesn't lead them or speak for them in any respect other than running the IRC servers that Anonymous members primarily use (and apparently attempting to lord it over other members), this small movement hopes to convince other Anonymous members to move to other IRC networks that will not be as restrictive.

The pastebin entry is a bit long, and it goes into a lot of technical detail that you would need to have better Linux console knowledge than I do to understand, however it is a bit humorous to see the infighting at Anonymous being escalated to the level of Anonymous members attacking their own primary IRC servers.
