Sackett vs EPA Supreme Court Case

,

I just saw this on Senator Rand Paul's news feed:

On Monday, the United States Supreme Court heard arguments in Sackett v. EPA. This case not only highlights the extraordinary power of the EPA, but exemplifies the abusive overreach of regulatory agencies by placing unreasonable burdens on peaceful citizens and threatening them with heavy fines or jail time. Thousands of families across the United States are facing similar aggressive action from the EPA, with no legal means to fight back. Sen. Paul hosted the Sackett's and heard many other similar stories at a property rights roundtable he held in the Senate in October. Also, click here to read more on the arguments and the potential outcome of the Sackett v. EPA case.

For those of you who do not know the nature of the Sackett's suit against the EPA, I am embedding the video of their testimony at Senator Rand Paul's hearing "PROPERTY WRONGS: A Discussion With the Victims of the U.S. Government's Assault on Private Property" so that you can learn what exactly the EPA tried to do to these people.
