Long Form Honourable Mention was presented by Guests of Honour Ian McDonald and Elizabeth Hand to The Golden Age (2010 Amazon Books Best SF Novel) by Michal Ajvaz, translated by Andrew Oakland (Dalkey Archive Press), originally published in Czech as Zlatý věk (2001).

The totally sold out 2001 Czech edition published by now defunct short-lived renewed Hynek Publishing (with a glorious pre-WWII history) was reissued by a Brno-based Druhé město Publishing in May 2011. I bought a copy at the Barvič & Novotný e-bookshop this time. Yippee!
