A female photographer using a pseudonym Tereza z Davle (Tereza from Davle, 1975) presents a series of her black-and-white photographs entitled Grandhotel in the famous Leica Gallery in Prague.
Tereza z Davle is mostly interested in figurative photography, and nudes in unusual settings. The presented series was made on the premises of the olden Evropa hotel, and the non-professional models were mostly chosen at random from her neighbours or friends. The photographs express dreamy unreal and poetic authenticity complementing shabby milieu of the hotel with the women in different stages of disrobing. Quite impressive.
