Why, in the Western world, is it considered smart to wear a weird atavistic uniform?
Jacket with lapels, breast pocket and trousers in a glorious range of colours including grey, black and er.. dark blue, the only concession to individuality being the obligatory tie..
And if you submit to this sartorial facism you are considered to be smart?
