I've been tagged by rose-marie and now I have to come up with four inventions I wish were around and four I could live without. Evil person! Okay, here goes:

1) Matter Transmission. I am the laziest whelp alive and I also hate to wait. When I want to go somewhere I actually want to be there already. So, Scotty...?

2) A Truth Meter. Something so small, light and cheap that everyone could carry it with them at all times. It would be capable of detecting BS whether spoken or written.

3) A Lifetime Light Bulb. Don't care what it would cost. When you have to use a stepladder to change light bulbs, it's a pain!

4) Light Saber! I think it's about time somebody made George Lucas disgorge! I've wanted my own light saber since I was a little girl!

Things I Want to Go Away:

1) Toll Roads. Already I hate driving in heavy traffic. I don't need to be automatically fined for it!

2) Lawyers. When the legal system has gotten so far out of whack that a person of average intelligence has to hire an expert to interpret for her, it's time to start over. This time, apply the KISS rule: Keep It Simple, Stupid!

3) Processed Food. Pulverized, boiled/fried/baked to a nutritional value of zero, portions either too large or too small (usually too small), nothing resembling seasoning. Yes, I'm lazy, but the day I get too lazy to cook, I'll figure I've just invented a new diet.

4) Feminine Hygiene Ads. I don't care how tastefully they think they're doing them, the stupid things still make me want to barf!
