В новой версии замечательной программы Google Earth от Google вы можете найти любое место на Земле (по его адресу, земным координатам и т.п.) и посмотреть на него с высоты птичьего полета, с любой заданной высоты, под различным углом и т.п.
В основу изображения кладутся реальные снимки Земли со спутника. Детали изображения подкачиваются из Интернета и сохраняются в кэше для offline просмотра.
