- Well, the team headed by VVS Laxman didn't find a good spirit in them.
- This year its gonna be our Gilly who will lead the team (he also captained in the absence of VVS in the last season) throughout the season.
- The team got a new coach. Darren Lehmann(played for the IPL champions last season).
- Gilly is hoping a good comeback with his team this season.
- Many players didn't have any tight schedule. So they practiced very well enough and we could expect a rocking come back this 2K9.
- The cup is not too far from Gilly's hands.
- Everything comes around the corner in a good manner but, the fixtures are not yet decided by the IPL officials.
