Are you an Extraordinary Person with an Ordinary Browser?

In life, we browse. We all want different things and we need different tools to get us what we want. With the availability of so many products, how do we arrive at any decisions? Especially, when it comes to innovation in technology? With so many choices, characteristics, and features, it comes down to one main question: What are you looking for?

Buying technology, similar to dating, involves looking around. Do you want someone who is innovative, efficient, and fast-paced? Perhaps you want someone with great memory, hard coded for business, or completely wired. Before making a final decision, we test out different people to discover which one is a right fit. The same is true with ever-changing technology—you think you like one gadget and before you know it, another catches your eye.

For people with limited time and limitless needs, how much are you willing to adapt? Why not find a person or browser that has it all? One browser comes to mind: Opera. Take features such as Opera Link, which enables you to take your favorites on the go, or the Quick Find feature that even if you forget what you were searching for last, Opera remembers the actual content of the Web pages you visited.

Now all you need is that favorite person to take on the go who remembers all of the things you have said and searched for, or when you forget those things, they are there to remind you.

When it comes to technology and people, some you can’t live with and others you can’t live without.

After all, aren’t we all trying to find love at first byte?

Sounds like someone's been bitten by the love bug.

I've heard it's not a bug at all, but a feature.

Nice article! I just like how, unlike my ex, Opera doesn't get jealous when I spend a night with Chrome.

Good luck in the competition!

i don't see any innovation.
only repoter.

facts are this or that

it seems we are here are all
not computer geeks
but some poets, lyricists.

well, of course it's said
that mathematicians
are poets in heart...

in truth,
computers, mathematics, logics
- lead to philosophy -

not just 0s and 1s
not only yes or no,
but also
right or wrong
good or bad
and finally
how to relief from these
miseries.
that's philosophy.

of opera maybe as well

So true! Finding a mate and finding a browser are so similar. Although a browser will always call you back!

GoOslo- you really posed some interesting and thought-provoking questions and I enjoyed your style of writing. Thanks for helping explain the Opera platform to me. Before this piece, it seemed like I had over 3,845 questions about this new browser! Best of luck, you have my vote!

Greg Smithgregsmithsays Thursday, August 27, 2009 11:19:33 AM

Bits, bytes - I'm bitten !

- Love at 1st Bite. (wasn't that a Dracula spoof movie ?)
I remember Dracula biting some drunken drug users and getting stoned... I'm sure that was a movie like Love at 1st Bite)

Nice article... extraordinary !
