Why Is It?

Have you ever noticed that certain movies have stereotypes?
I was watching this movie on the Hallmark channel and there was a girl who was an orphan all her life. She has been in and out of foster homes. Why is it that the movies with trouble teens in it, the teenagers appearance is dark. They are wearing black clothing from head to toe, a few piercings and they always seem to have a really bad attitude.

Now with the movies that has villians in it. Have you ever notice that they looked old and wrinkled? Why is that?
