DataOne and Auto Power-on and Shutdown

My Auto Power-on and Shutdown (v2.0) configuration .
The list
Power On
Connecting to internet. This is a tricky part. I have to keep my modem on during the night time, but some times the line gets disconnected. So I send a config Auto Power-on and shutdown to send a connect command. How do I do it?
Using this URL to Login
http://admin@192.168.1.1/hwhtml/status/st_ppp_connect.html?ImServices.rfc1483-0.1
And to Disconnect/Logoff
http://admin@192.168.1.1/hwhtml/status/st_ppp_discon.html?ImServices.rfc1483-0.1
But there is a problem. IE has stopped supporting login from URL, that means I cannot use IE to send the command ( BTW I rarely use IE & I didnot test this with Firefox ). Opera does support this feature but you need to click OK on a "Security Warning" dialog box once. Also you have to keep Opera running if you want to send more command to the modem.
Start Azureus
Disconnect the internet connection.
Close Azureus.
Shutdown Computer
Thats it. Now All I have to do is just open opera and login through that Login URL and I am done
. I can hibernate my PC and go to sleep. Exactly at 2 AM my system will power on, Connect to the internet, Start Azureus. And exactly at 7:45 the internet line gets disconnected, Azureus is closed, and my system is shutdown . Pretty cool isnt it
