So, what makes the difference? It is not about being black or white. The difference is not whether you have money or you don't. It is not about being from the North or from the South. At least, those are not the differences I am interested in. What makes the difference among people has to do with those things you have to offer to others. It has to do what those things you keep in your soul and in your heart, with those things that enrich your own life and the way you choose to share them with those around you.

The difference between ones and the others, between you and me, is not the place where we live or the sexual orientation we chose for our lives. Certain things are given to us from the very moment of our our birth, and changing them will never be possible; others on the contrary, will depend on our own actions and on every single decision we take in life.

That is the real difference: giving the others the best of yourself to enrich their lives with your talent, with your art, your hard work, or whatever you do well in life. That's what we'll take from you: all good things you shared with us, those beautiful things that enriched our souls and gave a relief to our sorrows.

About bad things you had or you did, we're not God to judge you. Those are the things we leave to you, 'cause you didn't want to share them with us and they belong to you only.
It is for all those good things you shared with us that you'll always have a place in my heart.
