Check them out, especially you Russ

1 pound tomatillos (medium sized are best in my opinion)
2-3 green or red chili peppers( personally I would not use habaneros, jalapenos or chipotle their flavor is not as good)
2 cloves of garlic(at least chopped)
juice of 1 lime and enough water to make 1/4 cup
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon of salt
: 1/2 teaspoon of honey or sugar(I prefer honey)
: tear husk off tomatillos and rinse and chop(or quarter if you want to blend or use food processor)
: place tomatillos in pot and enough cold water to cover them. Bring to boil and cook for a few minutes
: Take boiled tomatillos and drain some of the water and add all of the ingredients together.
: You can blend if you do not like chunky
: taste and see whether you want add more chilis or sugar cilantro or lime
: Cover salsa and refridgerate overnight ( or I stick in a freezer for 2 hours in a metal mixxing bowl)
