The next person that tries to tell me about the 'Olympic Spirit' gets their own head to play with. And possibly their full set of internal organs.

Eight thousand weddings were scheduled to take place on the day of the Olympics, there is a lot of superstition about the eighth day, of the eighth month of the year two thousand and eight. Do you suspect that the Olympics committee set it there and decided that this would be a great day to start the Olympics or was it a mere coincidence?

one of my friends saw this dam and said he wouldn't want to live downstream from it if it broke. You'd definately get your 2L of water per day!
