Blue Chamber

The lasagne date is cancelled. Debbie has been suffering a headache for the last two days, a strong one with ocassional bouts of vomiting. She assured me she'd be better this morning, based on past experience, but this has not panned out. She woke this morning feeling awful, still being sick and with her head still pounding. She phoned her GP who was sufficiently worried to ask her to come in to the surgery this afternoon. I've asked Deb to phone me when she gets out of there, and I'll pop down to her house to see how she is after work.

Bless her heart, she told me I was allowed to cook the Lasagne but not to get too drunk on the wine I'd bought. As if I'd go to all that trouble without her! The ingredients should keep for a few days so hopfully she'll be better by then.

And while I'm naturally disappointed it does mean I get extra time to throw Mr Muscle at some of the grubbier areas of my house. Think positive, right?

(Oh yeah, and I'll be able to watch episode 8 of Battlestar Galactica that finished downloading this morning! There ya go, JDT, does THAT mean I get to keep my Viper Wings? )
