Today I found an interesting question in my textbook.
Marco e' sempre dappertutto. E' come il ( ).
In English, it means "Wherever I go, I find Marco. He is like a ( )."
So I wondered what was suitable for this blank.
A cockroach?
No,it would be too rude for Marco.
A mold?
Maybe ,no.
I answered " topo"("rat"),though I haven't seen them for a long time.
I thought maybe in the past there must have existed a lot of rats.
But the answer is "prezzemolo"(parsley)!
It is interesting to know what is "Dappertutto" in other countries!
