lack of aggression

One of my character is a "lack of aggression". I know this well.
However when I work, I come across many occasions that I have to be more aggressive.
During the business trip in Italy and France, my boss told it to me many times.
And today one of my friend told me the same thing.
So today we had a lesson "How to be an agressive person(italian version)".
lesson 1
Say: "Che cazzo!" if it goes well ,then try " E che cazzo!"
Lesson2
Add a gesture: While you say that, bring down your arm making circle with your thum and forefinger.
If I pass this examination, I can go next stage. When and how to use this in the real world.
In japanese, we have no such an insult. And we don't use insult in the conversation.
So this lesson is really tough for me but I should overcome.
After 1 year, I will be a great insulter in Japan.

It translates something like "fuck" in english.
"Cazzo" is the italian slang for the penis.
I guess you are misunderstanding the being "assertive" (that is not "aggressive") with the being ill mannered.
Personally I advise you against using impolite expressions in italian (or other foreign languages) unless you really really master those languages, otherwise you end in looking either ridiculous (when it is out of context) or impolite.
Please avoid to make gestures, which are even more difficult to learn when you come from a different culture like yours.
I do not know much about japanese culture but from the few things I know about japanese people you just have to learn to be more "direct", that works for most european cultures, not only for Italians. You just say "NO" when you don't agree (instead of saying YES by default) and say plain and right what you want instead trying the side approach.
That is what I call being "assertive".

but I second Lorenzo in saying that it's better to avoid using that in the real world. I have yet to see a japanese person using an italian bad word in the right way...
but yes Aya, I think you really lack of aggression! I'm the same as you

Oggi facciamo pranzo insieme!
