Automatic Garbage Creation

Like Daniel, I received a call yesterday from Angus letting me know that I was not the one selected for Opera's internship. By the process of elimination, J.D. is either the winner -- or the fundamental laws of the universe have broken down.

The last three months have been the most fun I've had all year. I had the chance to speak with people I would never have met anywhere else, heard about places I've never heard of before -- I even had my first international video conference!

The world got a little bigger.

I'd like to thank Opera for holding this competition. Getting as far as I did is just fantastic, and I'm really looking forward to reading J.D.'s articles. Everyone involved in this competition was amazing -- it's been a pleasure to participate.
