The H2earth Institute is especially indebted to the publishers of the Practical Guide to Free Energy Devices for the opportunity to republish here selections from its special collection of original works which span the range of waterfuel technologies. We are seeking .PDF versions of older scientific papers dealing with anomalies in the effects of high voltage on water. Is the posted circuit drawing in WFC 2006 Replication Design.pdf the correct one, or is it lacking anything to make it perform like in the videos? I've read somewhere that there is an inductor left out of the drawing.

I'm currently trying to replicate the system myself, and I'm keen to know if there is anything else I need to add to the system.

In my study of the extraordinary documents provided here. I just wanted to run past an idea with the group specifically relating to Archie blues bubbler method to remove the Helmholtz layer (bubbles) of the electrodes plates.

Sorry if it is an obvious question, but wouldnt extra air bubbles in the cell reduce the overall contact with the liquid anyway?

I seem to be having a problem looking at your pdf links. Adobe opens and then I get an error message saying "file does not begin with'%pdf-'." Is it me or are you experiencing technical difficulties?

Hi, sorry for the bad english to follow. I was wondering has much water expands when changing into hydroxy gas? Is it not about 1600 times when changing into steam? Then water must expand more then 1600 times when changing into hydroxy gas!? If so, it could run a turbine. Check out, http://peswiki.com/index.php/Directory:Closed_Loop_Ammonia_Turbine#How_it_Works The closed loop turbine simply has a heat expander(boiler) which causes liqiud to expand to gas which then runs a turbine and the gas is then consensed back to liquid form in a compressor. Then the cycle is repeated. Now my suggestion is:
1. substitute the boiler with a water fuel cell
2. substitute the compressor with a pipeline to an internal combustion engine or to a furnace.
Then when the water is burned it changes back to water and is led back to the water fuel cell. Making it a closed loop system. This would improve the overall efficiency rather than just burning the hyroxy gas. It would also allow it to be scaled down in size which is practical for use in an hydrid automobile. It would also be practical for use as a stationary power station, providing both electricity and heat for your house. I would like to learn other peoples view on this setup. I would also like to know if anybody in here had luck building a water fuel cell providing more energy than it consumes, if so how?
