Another Blog?

An hour from NY to Doraville and back.

My new e-mail address

My new email address was supposed to go here. I'm kind of glad it didn't. Operamail, gmail, hotmail, that's where I'm at. This blog was in my Y! contacts.

Maybe this is an ironic post.

Well, maybe in the execution... What happened is Y! Classic is changing again, and I've just had enough. Operamail will be for serious mails, hotmail will be for everything that yahoo was to me- as long as they can transfer all my folders over to hotmail. I don't ever. Want. To. Have. To. Rely. On. Yahoo. Again. Ever.
It plays havoc with my phone. bomb

Got to agree. I was using Yahoo last year but have gone away from it because it has become too slow and too unreliable.

That explains the post I had.
I synced my phone contacts with Y! and I they sent a message to everyone that I had a Y! address. One of my contacts is for emailing a blog post to Opera.

Hey, Rick! That's another issue. If I wanted everyone to know my business I'd take out an ad on friggin' facebook!
@ Harry: Look, I use Opera Mobile, Mini, UCWEB, Bolt, and my native browser from AT&T - I know slow and unreliable. lol
@ everyone:
My main beef with with them this time, is that they have these "updates". Don't ask me what they're for, I don't know and I don't care. All I want is a reliable repository for my email that I can access any time I want. Every time I access Y!mail I have to go to mobile view to disable these updates then toggle back to desktop to read the mail. Sometimes I have to do this 3 times before it takes. Then theres the intermittently operational delete and move buttons. Then when I file a bug report the replies I get are non sequiturs. bomb

Plus the Imap thing stopped working.

H82typ Sunday, May 1, 2011 9:50:16 PM

Ah, well. I didn't use that. Pehaps it wasn't available in Y! Classic mail, or maybe just my mobile version.
