5 Things I'd like to see in Opera Mini

BamaTone tagged me for this. When he did a friend req. on me, I was surprised. I asked him why he wanted to be my friend. He said he found my forum posts amusing. OK,see if it works with blog posts too, Charlie.wink

1.First and foremost- a little bit more testing before you release a beta. A working beta would be a good thing.bigeyes

2.Don't do any more releases in the Summer months. Now we have to go all Summer with a crippled beta.
Thanks. And the people that whined about how bad they wanted the beta released, are now whining just as loudly that it's not right!doh

3.Drag and drop bookmarks! I can't tell you how nice that would be. Are shared bookmarks between devices possible? If not, ease of import/export would help.wait

4. When you type an address in, the first choice should be "OK" not "clear"mad
.
5. Better tutorials. I can't tell y'all how many times I tried to upload an avatar and profile pic from my phone. It just don't work! You have to use a pc. rolleyes It doesn't say that in "How to upload an avatar."

And i'm sure they rushed the Beta a bit so it didn't get drowned out by the iPhone. I barely use it, though.

Oh, in Mini, @ the start page, up top? the box with "www." in it? When you exit the text editor, you have several choices, the first one is "clear". Click on that, and it erases your input.doh I will not tell you how many times I've done that.whistle

I get Add Symbols first, but i see your point. But i've got one that's even worse which affected the K800. If you write any text in Mini, be it a blog post, forum entry, whatever, and want to add a symbol like, for example, [, the first item on the menu is Cancel, which clears everything you've written.

Blackberry 8830. I added on third party mail exhange and blackberry internet service.....much faster plus an opera broswer and minuet by tri prince... smile
