It's a Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000.
Pros:
- Very silent buttons
- easy to install (under Win 7)
- 4th button
- great performance
Cons:
- Loud Scroll-Wheel
- 4th button no configurable (use this as a workaround)
- IntelliPoint Scroll-Wheel acceleration doesn't work
