Amuck

After a bit of frustraion this morning I decided that since I couldn't find what I wanted in the means of an entertainment table/unit/center or the likes, I would make one.

An old table, a box of leftover floor tile, some black paint .. I can only hope that when I throw this all together it won't leave a heaping eyesore in my living room.

Some time ago my husband picked up an old stereo cabinet off of Craigslist for free. It had been gutted of it's mishmash of ancient radio equipment and found a new life as an end table. I was pleasantly surprised how it turned out after a few hours of sanding and painting. Hopefully my insight for a new TV table will be as much of a success.

So after running errands this morning I will be running amuck rearranging the living area to see what I can come up with. Luckily enough, I do only get this bug two or three times a year to change everything.

Let's see .. I do tend to run amuck.

I am far from new to blogging, but I am new here. Sometimes you just need a change and this is mine.

I am hoping this new start will encourage me to get off my tush and back to doing some of the things I do so enjoy such as my photography and designing. For now, I think this is a slow but good start.
