The last x'mas time my royal polish friend miss.Nora send to me a precious gift.It was a x'mas cake recipie.namely poppy seed x'mas cake.it was too delicious and i submit that recipie to the food carnival of my placce in x'mas eve.i got first prize also.After i studied about the medicinal use of poppy seed.the result was realy amazing.In India poppy seed known as "Khas-khas".In sanscrit language it known as "Kasha-kasha".Botanical name of this seed was"PAPAVER SOMNI FEREVER".Indians belived poppy seeds have some magical medicinal power against in thirst,fever,inflamation,and irritation of stomach.
Poppy plant is a native of asia minor.it was known to the ancient greeks and reached india&china by the eight century.The mai area of cultivation are now in india and china&asia minor&balkon.

Pepper is known as queen of spices .it was oldest and important of all spices .pepper was digestive and nervine tonic
For digestive disorder: one spoon of black pepper powder thoroughly mixed with malted jaggery . It was very use full for digestive disorder
Another method:20 grams pepper a quarter tea spoon of pepper powder mix in thin butter milk take this drink once a day it was a good home remedy for heaviness of stomach .
For cold and fever: six pepper seeds finely ground and mixed in a glass of warm water along with 6 piece of batasha [a variety of sugar candy] can be taken for a few nights for better results.
For caughs and throat irritation; three pepper seeds with a pinch of caraway seeds and crystal of common salt provide relief.
For impotency; eating6 pepper with 4 almonds once daily with milk, is acted as a unique nerve tonic
For muscular pain; a table spoon of pepper powder fried mustard oil until it is charred can be applied for rheumatic pain.

Unable to get the promised job ,working in the garages and workshops and mangalore estate and hear and there .Thenappan did not imagine in the wildest dream that he will be a film producer.
Suffering the indifference and rebukes and the resultant pangs of hunger what made him to go on in the world might have been the faces of loved ones in perumbhaavoor ,who have been driven to the street by fate.
Life taught mr,thenappan son of palaniyappa chetiyaar and saraswathy that subservience humiliation were same time synonymes for slavery.
The hard learned lessons created the numero uno producer of tamil film industry ,mr.P.L.Thenappan of Sree Rajalakshmi films.
