...I'd rather be confused about my place than shoulder a role that is not mine...

Whovian LOLCat...

I made it myself based on a screenshot from "Blue Peter":

Jack and Gwen best friends? Or why they should be...Listen to your kitty...

I hope Fluffy can do the job. p:

I actually once had a kitten named Fluffy. It was just a few months old when it disappeared, we never found out what happened. :frown:

Its a cool picture, although I have to confess I don't really get it.

Blue Peter is one of those little flags they use on ships for communicating I think? (Though I take it not in the meaning of your picture). All i know is somebody whose name is Peter and who used to work as a fisherman, but these days just skippers whatever boats he can, has blue peter as his email addy. P: LOL.

Anyways, you did a good job on the picture.

Cheeky, "Blue Peter" is a long-running British children's programme. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blue_Peter) It usually features things like fun activities (such as cooking, crafting etc.), musical numbers, contests (such as drawing contests) and interviews with celebrities. The picture is from one such interview (with Doctor Who star Freema Agyeman).
The joke itself doesn't have anything to do with "Blue Peter" as such. It's a LOLcat twist on Doctor Who characters (namely the character of the Doctor and Agyeman's character Martha). The joke is about how they can re-cast the role of the Doctor when a lead actor leaves and another actor can step in. The in-story explanation is that he goes through a kid of metamorphosis/tranformation ("regeneration") when his body is healing itself. This usually accompanied by some nifty special effect.
(More about the character if you're interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_Who#The_Doctor )

Kerry, I just picked "Fluffy" cause it sounded like a plausible cat name. I don't know what the cat's real name is, but at the same time the joke wouldn't have worked without a name for the cat.
Awww, poor Fluffy. It's so awful when that happens :frown: , especially when you start wondering what happened to the kitten. Maybe if Fluffy was lucky, someone caring might have found him/her and given Fluffy a new home.

When I named it "Fluffy" I'm sure my parents rolled their eyes. But it was a beautiful all-white cat, and "Fluffy" just came to me when they told me I could name her.

LOLOL!! Dr. Who regenerated as a CAT! Imagine the Companion will now have to groom him and sweep fur out of the Tardis! That's given me a chuckle. Thanks!
