14 Good Reasons why Star Trek is better than Star Wars
1.. Just how many Star Trek films have been made?
2.. None of Star Trek's leading characters have an interminable breathing
obstruction
3.. Star Trek doesn't have to resort to using petty telekinetic forces to
make some action
4.. Star Wars creators obviously can't count as they made 4, 5, and 6
first!?
5.. Strangely enough, all the leading ships in Star Wars are totally
invincible to enemy fire
6.. Star Wars storyline is either so difficult to understand, or so badly
written, that they need to tell us it by scrolling it on the screen before
the film starts
7.. Isn't there some slight similarity between the 'photon' and 'proton'
torpedoes?
8.. And which was created first?
9.. Which sound better: a 'hyperdrive motivator' or a 'warp core'?
Exactly.
10.. Star Trek doesn't have some stupid hairy monster out of Bigfoot and
the Hendersons
11.. One word: Q.
12.. DS9's Dabo girls vs. no women at Tatooine's spaceport bar.
13.. Data would kick C3P0's metal ass.
14.. The new special effects on the trilogy don't even come close to the
effects on the DS9 episode, Sacrifise of Angels

Some of your reasons for claiming Star Trek is better then Star Wars are pretty stupid. For one, sure Star Trek has produced alot more movies but let's face it, the majority of those movies are utter crap that nobody even cares to remember, just about the only one people remember is the one with Khan showing that mere quantity is never better then quality while each Star Wars movie on the other hand is important for explaining events in the latter movies. Then you have the stupid comment of the numerical listing of the movies I mean really, use common logic here I mean it would be pretty stupid to label the prequal trilogy as 4,5,6 after the original since the level of technology at the time of A New Hope production would never beable to correctly depict key scenes of the prequal films I mean the idea of them trying to create a battle droid back then...that would just be horrendous. As for your comment of the storyline being too complicated I guess it's just one's own opinion but still you actually find the Star Wars storyline that complex...geez you must be pretty...forget it, if people want dumbed down storylines with no depth who am I to say. Another stupid comment is your remark of Chewbacca, I mean it's a sci-fi franchise, you know aliens come in alot of different forms I mean Star Trek has sure introduced a large number of stupid looking creatures.

This is a continuation of my last blog as I have a few more holes in your argument I just thought of is your comment that photon and proton torpedoes sound the same, I'm assuming your under the impression that Star Wars copied Star Trek in that idea which of course would be rediculous as both forms of torpedoes are essentially just missiles, that would be like saying two shows have copied the idea of a gun. Then you have your comment about there being no women at the Tatooine's spaceport bar, again stupid because you must not have watched a New Hope as there are both human women depicted along with alien ones. Then there's your comment of Data being able to beat C-3PO, again a pretty stupid and rediculous comparison as its obvious to anyone that Data could beat C-3PO since he's only a protocal droid not designed in the least for comment, a victory over C-3PO is like a victory over a vending machine..bravo. There..I believe I've shredded as many of your stupid comments as I can, as for the rest.. those are just of your own oppinion so whatever.

I do like Star Trek better, but Star Wars is way better than the TOXIC Titan AE! I LOATHE Titan AE Toxicity because a spaceship destroyed Earth in that film. The authors thought that it was "unstoppable" just because of "pure energy." Well, Pure Energy and Planetary Assault pale in comparsion next to the power of the FORCE that the Jedi use!
Some dorks think that Titan AE is cooler than let's say, Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. WRONG, I know that Phantom Menace is better than Titan AE any day! The Galactic Empire is vastly more impressive than the Drej and even the UFP Starfleet can beat the Drej in a war. The Enterprise, let alone Death Star 2, can beat the Drej Mothership.
I still like Star Trek better as always except for a phase in 1996 that I had. Dump the Drej, Live Long and Prosper and May the Force be with you.
