Updated Dragonfly icons

,

I'm away on vacation, but it is still hard to stay away from big blue (Photoshop). I've taken the time to simplify and clean up some of the Dragonfly icons. The aspect is still a bit dishonest, but I really like the light feel they have.

Edit: Added some more icons.

Edit 2: Scaled the icons up and made a wallpaper.

the first two seem wrong. you're looking at the blue/yellow box from top but at the greyish arrows from bottom.
quite nice icons!

Aesthetics can sometimes sell a product better than its actual functionality. Now that Dragonfly is very well functional, its great to see it finally getting the proper attention aesthetically that it deserves. yes

Would be great to see the entire browser go under review and every icon, background image and detail paid this quality of attention. bigsmile

Like Jon Hicks did with 10.5, then?

Hard to tell if you're being sarcastic or not, but that's what I had in mind. Jon left before he finished everything he was working on afaik. There are still a great deal of inconsistencies with the current theme. wink

Opera improved significantly with the overhaul that Hicks did. In my (sometimes humble) opinion the browser went from being "different" to more modern and integrated.

Opera is a big beast, and will take more than one round of redesign. =)

There is still much to be done. My passion these days is for process - I want the things we release to be of higher quality and more robust.

+1 the entire opera browser needs high quality icons using the same style of the new dragonfly!

The perspective on the </> and {} icons are weird. The objects on the outside of the boxes (<>, {) are viewed from the bottom while the boxes are viewed from the top. Or maybe they're supposed to look like they're rotated away from each other? I generally like how these look though.
