Just found this
comic strip when searching for Office 2007 UI info. Change is always much harder than it seems, a huge pat on the back to the Office UI team for getting their "ribbon" menu system in. Not sure if such a ribbon layout is ideal for a web browser, but then again, Opera is more than a your everyday browser...

opera, wii, Fun, games

Here at Opera HQ we're just as excited about the Wii as everyone else. We are making Opera for the Wii, and it is going be an awesome browser for an awesome product.
It has been a long time since there has been so much excitement about a single product like this. I preordered mine and am allready looking forward to playing tennis, waving swords and whatnow with the Wiimote.

last.fm will let me know!
This service plugs into WinAmp, iTunes and even has its own player. Sadly I can't connect it to my iPod(yet), but the statistics shouldn't be all that bad.
I really like this thing, so I might even end up subscribing to show my support.

So, today Hannah finally turned 21. By coinsidence it was also my fathers birthday (which I almost forgot about). We went out and had a great dinner before we watched the movie "Oljeberget" - a documentary about our prime minister.
So that's two birthdays and one release in a day! Not bad at all

Fun, life, rabbits
I've gotten two adorable little rabbits! Mine's named Flafre. Hannah (the mother) haven't decided what to name hers yet. After having them for two days, they are feeling at home. I promise to put up some juicy pictures, and perhaps a video clip if I can work out how. I've had a cat before, but these little fur-coated beasts are so much cuter. I wonder if I should let them into my bed or not...
Other than that, I'm hooked on World of Warcraft
again, but I try to not to ruin my entire life. I'll put up a new World of Warcraft photo gallery sometime with screenshots of our victorious crusades!

I started subscribing to the
Elektronisk Forpost Norge (EFN) mailing list some time ago. A while back they said that we could contribute towards the organization, and get a reward - the newly started journal "Linux Magasinet".
While they have improved, it still feels a bit homemade. I found this funny joke, which might provoke some, but I find it funny. If you don't understan it's because it is in norwegian. Boo hoo.
