I have horrible sinus problems and terrible allergies (pollen, mold and such) which leads to a lot of snot, snoring, and lack of oxygen (which probably explains much of my behavior
). A coworker told me about this stuff:

In other news, Magnus is hurt. AGAIN.
No wonder I'm getting gray hairs now. In the past three months he nearly got killed by two German Shepard dogs, ripped a toe nail off which then got infected, and this morning sparred with Kitteh and has scratches all over his face (which hopefully will not get infected
). Poor Kitteh, I thought he must have hurt her but it appears he got the worse end of it She seems fine, but she should have moved when she saw him running at her! She knows better! It's rainy and cold and dreary here. *sigh*

Debbie had me over for dinner at her place and then we made up a grocery list for things to get for family gatherings this weekend. Seeing as how I have pretty much no food in my fridge, it was a no-brainer to have a 30-lb turkey thaw out in my fridge for the next 4 days, store 3 big juice containers and put the frozen corn in the freezer.
Debbie's brother was thrilled at our engagement. He is one of 3 brothers she has - and most like me, according to her.
I am now down to 225 lbs. My life is over now.

Aww Gavin and I feel your sinus snot. We have bad ones too. Shame she doesn't sell stuff in the UK, i'd give it a whirl! Do you put the stick up your nose? How long does the ability to breathe like a normal human last? Cause ya know, i don't want to be normal for too long or anything...
