I have long said that the world is a hologram and that, as such, every part is a smaller version of the whole. If you cut a holographic print into four and fire the laser at each one, you will not see a quarter section of the picture, you will see a quarter-sized version of the whole picture.
In other words, every part of a hologram consists of smaller versions of the whole picture and it is from this that we get phrases like 'As above, so below'. If we are living within a hologram it has to be like that. It is our holographic nature that allows reflexology, acupuncture, and other traditional healing to identify points all over the body that represent the whole body.
They can treat the heart or lungs, for instance, by using points on the foot because the foot is a smaller version of the whole body and will have its smaller representation of the heart and lungs. Thus, whatever is wrong with them can be treated through points on the foot or elsewhere because of the energetic connection between these different levels of the same whole.

Holograms are illusory structures that appear to be 'solid' but are not. Their illusions can, and do, provide blueprints for perception and therefore behaviour
It may seem strange that I am going on about holograms under a headline about Russian oligarchs, but in fact, as with everything within a hologram, it's all connected.
The nature of the hologram is one explanation for why you find the same structure and ways of behaviour in every culture. 'Cultures' and countries are different expressions of the whole. A toe may not look like a forearm or a backside, just as Moscow may not look like downtown New York. But they all operate to the same principles, the same holographic laws and the same structure.
The structure of communism, 'democracy' and fascism are remarkably similar, whatever the propaganda might tell you. They are all based on the few dictating to the many and manipulating events so they secure the wealth and power at the expense of fair distribution to the people in general. And the power-crazies always fight among themselves for the biggest piece of the pie.
It doesn't matter if we are looking at the United States, Britain, Germany, India, China or some poverty-stricken African country consumed by famine, the story is the same: The few dictate to the many and manipulate events so they secure the wealth and power, and the power-crazies fight among themselves for the biggest piece of the pie.
This is certainly so of Russia. What nonsense was talked after the Berlin Wall came down in 1989. The former Soviet Union was now 'free' screamed the headlines from colour-blinded 'journalists' who can see only in black and white. It is not what you call your political system that has to change to bring about real transformation, nor even the person called the president or prime minister.
It is the mentality that has to change, for if it does not, another deceiver will simply slot in to the role vacated by the previous one. So it has been with the former Soviet Union, not least in Russia, where control of the communist regime through the KGB has become control of 'free Russia' by the KGB's successor, the Federal Security Service or FSB.

Alexander Litvinenko before and after he was poisoned
Events in London and elsewhere these past few weeks with the murder of the former FSB agent, Alexander Litvinenko, have brought the dark and disgusting world of Russian politics and business to public attention, but the same could happen in every country because they all operate on the same 'principles' of greed and deception.
Litvinenko, who was poisoned by a radioactive substance called polonium-210, was a former agent with both the KGB and its 'post-communist' successor, the FSB, for which he became a lieutenant-colonel under the overall command of the then head of the FSB ...Vladimir Putin. It was from this power base at the top of the Russian security network that Putin was able to become prime minister and then president in 1999 to succeed Boris Yeltsin, the world's most famous drunk.

Boris 'Mine's a large one' Yeltsin and Vladimir Putin
By the time Putin became president, state assets which, in theory, were supposed to belong to the people of Russia, had been sold off at knock-down prices by a permanently-sozzled Yeltsin to a small cartel of 'businessmen' who have become known as the Russian 'oligarchs'. Yeltsin's circle of corruption was also referred to as 'The Family'. State oil and other assets worth multi-billions were given away by Yeltsin at a fraction of their value to those who served or funded his rise to the presidency and then kept him there.

Berezovsky and Abramovich
Two of these major oligarchs are Russian Jews, Boris Berezovsky, a business associate of the Bush family, and Roman Abramovich. The latter was given protection from prosecution by Yeltsin for alleged corruption and theft, and later became famous in Britain when he bought Chelsea, one of England's biggest soccer clubs, in 2003. Both are multi-billionaires. Berezovsky is known as Russia's 'first billionaire' while Abramovich is the richest Russian and second richest man in Britain with a fortune of $18.2 billion, according to Forbes magazine. Neither are to be trusted as far as they can be thrown.
Abramovich was the major finance manager of the Yeltsin family, so he was in pole position to reap the rewards of the great state giveaway of the peoples' assets. He secured most of his mega-wealth by being given state companies for next to nothing by family friend, Yeltsin, in the 'privatisation' 'sell-off' to his associates and financers in the mid-1990s. Prime among them were Abramovich and his partner Boris Berezovsky.
The oligarchs helped Putin to replace the drink-sodden Yeltsin in 1999 because they thought it would be business as usual, but Putin turned on most of them and has indicated that he wants the assets returned to government control - his control. Putin started with Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the Russian-Jewish oligarch who headed Yukos, Russia's largest oil company, and was personally worth some $15 billion. He was considered the most powerful of the oligarchs, but the Putin purge jailed him for nine years for fraud and tax evasion.

Mikhail Khodorkovsky
Boris Berezovsky fled to London in 2001 after falling out with Putin and facing accusations of business irregularities. Britain gave him political asylum and he changed his name to Platon (Russian for Plato) Elenin, although he is still known by the original. He has been charged in Russia with fraud and political corruption, but the Putin government has been unable to extradite him.
Abramovich and Berezovsky were close allies in the robbery of Russian state assets, but later apparently fell out when Abramovich sought to take advantage of his former associate's problems and purchase his holdings cheaply. There is no honour among thieves, especially when they are Russian oligarchs like these two shysters.
All of which brings us to the murder in London in November of former FSB agent, Alexander Litvinenko, who was poisoned by polonium-210. Litvinenko was an associate of Boris Berezovsky and traces of the radioactive poison have been found in Berezovsky's office. In the days he took to die, Litvinenko said that Putin had ordered his assassination.
This would appear to be the obvious conclusion, but in the dark and murky world of the Russian government-intelligence-mafia network, it does not have to be so.
But what the Litvinenko murder and its aftermath have done is bring to the surface some of the principal themes that you find everywhere when you start to breach the façade in any country. What is happening in Russia is just Russia's version of the hologram as a whole.
Firstly, there is the pursuit of power as an end in itself and so anything goes to achieve it. The behaviour of Boris Yeltsin in giving away state assets for political favours and funding is a textbook case. This is a key aspect of the mindset within the political hologram. Do whatever you have to do to gain power for power's sake while kidding yourself that you are doing it to serve 'the people'. Power is an addiction and addicts delude themselves that they can stop whenever they choose while their need for a 'fix' simply gets more rampant and their perception more delusory.
This is the road travelled by tyrants who eventually become so consumed by their addiction that they believe the people are there to serve, even worship, them. And anyone who doesn't kneel before the king must be disposed off. It is the political equivalent of the Inquisition.
'Do you believe Yeltsin, Putin, Bush, Blair to be the one true God?'
'No.'
'Seize him - kill him, for he denies the divinity of the Lord.'
They used to burn them at the stake, now they slip them polonium -210, shoot them in the head or arrange for a car crash.
Alexander Litvinenko was targeted after he apparently fell out with Putin and came to Britain. He became an outspoken critic of the Putin regime, even naming him as a paedophile, which, like father George Bush and so many other major political names, he is. Paedophilia is another common theme among the elite in every country.

Last summer as Putin was walking across a Kremlin square he stopped to chat with tourists and saw a young boy. He approached him, lifted the boy's shirt and kissed him on the stomach. The world was taken aback at such behaviour, but it would have been less of a shock had people known he was a paedophile.
Litvinenko wrote that after graduating from the Andropov Institute, which prepared officers for the KGB, Putin was not accepted into foreign intelligence, as normally expected. He was given only a junior position with the KGB in Leningrad, Litvinenko said, because his bosses by then knew that he was a paedophile. But once Putin became head of the FSB after communism fell, he set about destroying all the evidence about his activities held in security archives, Litvinenko claimed.
Among these archives of stored evidence, Litvinenko said, were videotapes in the FSB Internal Security Directorate that showed him having sex with underage boys. The video was recorded in the same flat in Polyanka Street in Moscow where Russian Prosecutor-General Yuri Skuratov was secretly video-taped with two prostitutes.

Abramovich and Putin
On the instructions of Roman Abramovich, Litvinenko said, Putin had used these tapes to blackmail Skuratov in an effort to get him to resign. Putin mentioned in the conversation, according to Litvinenko, that he himself had been videotaped having sex on the same bed. What he didn't say was that the sex involved underage boys. Skuratov later told this story in his own book, Variant Drakona.
Paedophilia is rampant among the political and business elite across the world.
No manipulation in any country would be complete without our own friend, Problem-Reaction-Solution, and Alexander Litvinenko confirmed what I wrote in my book, Alice in Wonderland and the World Trade Center Disaster , about bombings in Moscow in 1999. They were not the work of terrorists from Chechnya, but Putin's own KGB successor, the FSB.

The Moscow bombings ... problem-reaction-solution
The Moscow bombings killed 228 people, including 21 children, and in Volgodonsk 199 died, two of them children. In the autumn of 2000, officials from the FSB said they had proof that the blasts had been organised and financed by Chechens, but failed to secure convictions. On September 23rd 1999, only a week after the second bomb in Moscow, residents in an apartment block in Ryazan found bags in the basement containing a substance that looked like hexogen, the explosive used in the Moscow blasts and the FSB was implicated in planting it. The local FSB said it had been a 'training exercise'.
This is what Federal officials in the United States said when they had to admit after much denial that the bomb squad was active around the Murrah Building in Oklahoma in 1995 at least an hour and half before the bombs went off that killed 168 people, many of them children in a nursery.
Of course, the Ryazan incident wasn't a training exercise at all. It was a plot to bomb innocent people and blame it on Chechens to justify a war with Chechnya. See also 9/11 and the London bombings of 2005 for other examples of this technique at work. Create the problem, blame someone else for it, and then offer the solution to the problem you have created.
And then, as always in this hologram of deception, you have the power crazies fighting each other for ultimate power, or what they think that is. Often these violent squabbles are portrayed as good guy v bad guy when they are always crazy v crazy. Wherever you look in this cesspit opened by the Litvinenko affair you find the stuff that cesspits are there to contain.

Putin, Abramovich, Berezovsky and co may be at war with each other over ownership of the greasy pole, but they do not have a moral or scruple between them. It is a war between like minds, terminally addicted to power, money and control, and they are but smaller versions of the bigger hologram that encompasses them all.
For Russia, see the USA; for Yeltsin and Putin, see Bush or Clinton; for Abramovich or Berezovsky, see Buffet or Soros.
None of this is about race or nation or location. It is about mentality. Religious fanatics of all kinds act the same way for the same reason. They are smaller versions of the same hologram.
But just as we can reflect the hologram, so the hologram must reflect us - just as treating the foot can heal the body. As always it comes down to self because we are the world and the world is us. Do we allow the holographic blueprints of others to impose themselves on our lives or do we change the hologram by changing how we perceive and act?
The Putins and Bushes can only rule because we allow them to. They reflect the hologram as it is, not as it has to be.
