I want to share with my blocking filters. For Polish people preferably, but it works on almost every international page.

To start with urlfilter.ini

you may get one here
I suggest you should built your filer on your own, so suit your needs.
To place whole filter go to \Documents and Settings\Owner\Application Data\Opera\Opera
or Tools/Advanced/Blocked Content and add filters one by one

I removed adkontekst ads by saving
