Hurray,it has been a long time to got back here.
It was really tough for me.I had checked time to time with proxy server sometimes.
This post I wrote from Beijing,and I hope may drive some of you to me since my blog has been "dewelled" for such long time and some of you may think I was steamed into the air or somewhere.
Actually not,I 'm doing well and sometime still may talk to some friends I've met over here on msn and yahoo.

In this post I'd like to show up a herbal dessert from Chinese Cuisine.

Herbs have been used quite a lot to curing and maintaining body's function for centuries in long history of Chinese medicine.
Some of them are very strong,which can leads a dead or hazardous to life if overdosed.And few is not quite and may used for daily or compound with other ingredients to serve a better funtion.

April in yearly,the skin and hairs may become very dry by the temperature and climates changes during the time.And some people would caught cold or flu and some other diease by the bad weather condition in early Spring.

Ingredients & Fuctions
Fungus(coral-like,white flower):Contains nourish Vita E, a good boot for lungs and skin.
Lotus Seeds(yellowish seeds with an open cut):Makes good maintainance on organs, and relieves 
light symptons of insonmia.
Frutus Lycii(tiny fruits in red color):it works on livers therefore it also good your eyes.
Dried Feverfew(white and yellowish flower):wash away dirts from your 
Red Jujube(dark brown/red):it tastes dry sweet which can nourish your blood to 
stregthening your body function.Too many of them may causes a uncomfortable experience 
on your skin.

HOW TO COOK:

A.Put Fungus in the container and stewing for 30mins.
B.Put Lotus seeds for another 20mins.
C.Get all rest Frutus Lycii,red jujube,dried feverfew for 10mins with weak flame.

Tips: The soup will be more tasty when Fungus being stewed for long time and became a bit sticky.Get some sugar powder and put it in the fridge will enchance the taste too.

(Daddy Made those Steam Cakes"Bao-Zi")Since the time refreshed in 2007,everything seems to be "new" to same old days. At least,I have such feeling every single year.
Not too long ago,I have purchased a brand new bake stove and tried some makings. That was fun!!!

I remembered that some flour,Yeasts,and pork meat could make delicious Dumplings in 1-2 hours.For me,I like steamed cake and hand crafted Dim-Sum.

Just before the new year,many thoughts and ideas came to me for daily food. Before,I was busy all day long with working desk and always
hushing for a simple meal. That's not the life I should working hard at all!

Therefore,I decided to make some difference.First round,I made some "Jiao-Zi" and "Hun-Tun" with mixture of vegetable and pork.

Definition: 
Jiao-Zi,traditional local dim-sum for most area of northern part in China. 
Hun-Tun,featured dim-sum and popularized in most southern part in China.  

Ingredients:Chinese Cabbages/Colewort,Pork,Leek and Wheat Flour

Directions: A.Minced Pork mixture with sliced Cabbage.
            B.Get them with some sauce,salt and use as stuffing.
            C.Wheat flour used to make the sheets.

Spoiling:Jiao-Zi should be done with 2-3 times for boiling.
Once it boiling Jiao-Zi will drifting upon the water.
Twice make it tastes more twinkling.

Tips: Pouring some fresh water when every boiling.

Just got up after a hour turned and torn.
I got back to the hotel after ten.I feel happy and sweet though my eye balls gonna burst out at the moment by the tiredness.

It was an awful rushing hour this morning.Factory called me the night before I leave.The same night I got the latest train to get tickets.It was sucky that my alarm did not buzz but everything fine with setting when I am throw it into the pillow.

My planner should be got up @ 6:45am and leave at 7:30am. My train is 9:30 and also need to pick up another parterner @8:30am before I direct to the station.

The alarm makes all things upside down....
That is,7:45am my eyes got opened wide,and jump off from the bed.Some simply beauty care and no foods and out for taxi.Just one the way to the elevator.The paterner calling me to hurry up.
The worst minute start at here...

When elevator opened and I wristled with my handbag to catch a cab in first second.
Who knows,it's already 8:15 and I didn't see a cab in the front and another few people opposite my living area also wait for the cab with a undelighted face.

Well,I understood them too well that they have the same situation as mine.A cab never rush in when we need..... (It's a big challenge to find a cab from 8-9:30am on moday morning.)

So to avoid a compition,I run to another block of road and try my lucky. I ran,and ran in a not too short boulavard.Phew~ I was there,lots cars but all occcupied...

After several passing cars,I felt a little dizzy and getting worse,even worse...I take out some sweets and throw them in mouth...few second I feel a bit better while I try to make a little high pressure...because in that moment I could not see anything but everything in the dark...

Too bad...really bad...insufficient sleep,no breakfast,rushing hour and some anxicity.


In 10 mins,I feel better and can walk towards to another competitive place for a cab.
I got in,picked up person but we still lost from the train...we lost...

Finally,I got here in my cozy hotel's room and writing a blog here.I don't know what all this happen to me...It's not alarm thing,I should be responsible may be I don't...It's just an exprience...so many thing came up to my mind this moment...a lot and it is 3:47am in the another day....LOL crazy cat!
