(Daddy Made those Steam Cakes"Bao-Zi")Since the time refreshed in 2007,everything seems to be "new" to same old days. At least,I have such feeling every single year. Not too long ago,I have purchased a brand new bake stove and tried some makings. That was fun!!!
I remembered that some flour,Yeasts, and pork meat could make delicious Dumplings in 1-2 hours. For me,I like steamed cake and hand crafted Dim-Sum.

Just before the new year, many thoughts and ideas came to me for daily food. Before,I was busy all day long with working desk and always
hushing for a simple meal. That's not the life I should working hard at all!
Therefore,I decided to make some difference.First round,I made some "Jiao-Zi" and "Hun-Tun" with mixture of vegetable and pork.
