Half Monkey + Half Human

1. Loose seats belt.

- This might sound as the thing of the past, but I can tell you that it's still happening. People never think of the importance of the seat belt. They never buckle up, as they always say. Lucky for those who drive around in advanced cars. Advance comes as soon as you take a good care of your car. Programmed cars always come tops. I mean if a car stand still when there is an occupied space with unfastened seat belt, isn't that protective?

2. Drunken driving.

- "I know my car better than anything", "I can drive even if I'm drunk." These are kind of the things our brothers and sisters say. As long as you're not in a normal state, you're not going to do good. Pussyfooting around.

3. Putting Yourself Above the law.

- No one is watching me, I can do whatever I wish. Satan is with you telling you to enjoy your unlawful ride. The traffic Police may not be watching but an innocent girl from next door is coming from the opposite direction! The next moment she's down and you're looking down but you ain't seeing her.

4. Undermining other people's driving capabilities.

- Traffic Departments test all who want a driver's licence with only one interest. "To be good on the road". But some think they were specially trained and so they are different. That's the reason why they look down on other drivers. Such people cause major accident because they don't admit it when those they undermine do wonders on the road than they do. Driving a Hummer doesn't mean you drive better than a person who drive a 1995 Toyota Corolla.

5. Exceeding Speed Limits.

- This is one of the simpliest rules people fail to obey. What fills your mind when there is a 60 speed limit board and you driving at 120 kp/h? Nuts? Beautiful girls, coffins, white dress or what? Come on people you can do better than this.

6. Not bearing with each other on the road when some of things like traffic lights aren't in good working order.

- We have to admit it. "Defects are always encountered" So why are we killing each other because of the fixable things? If traffic lights aren't working good or not working at all, we should think of that place as a no-traffic-lights place and give each other a chance.

7. Monetary issues.

- In this time of the year people board public transport every day to and fro shopping places. This is where drivers take a go at each other. They all want to transport people with a lightning speed so that they can come and take their cue place.(they call it line)

8. Driving Without a Licence

- oh no this is not good at all. You steal your brother's car and fill it with boozy friends of yours but knowing that you never passed any driving tests. What if on your way home you come across a group of twenty people and you drive straight to them and kill 60 percent and badly injuring the remaining 40 percent? The next moment you realise that all your friends in the car are dead and you're the only one alive.

9. Driving beyond standard*

- I don't know whether many of you are going to agree with me here but let me just say it. I don't think is a good thing to be tested on a smaller car (e.g a Nissan 1400 bakkie) and get a drivers' licence that allows you to drive bigger cars(e.g Hummer) or advanced ones(e.g Lamborghini) without training. Isn't that silly practice?

Many people seems to have forgotten that driving a motor vehicle is a right not a privilege.
