Differences between East & West--concerning religion

The chart below may show some basic differences:
  • West / East
  • One God / Many gods
  • All powerful / Limited power
  • One truth / Many truths

In China, there is actually never be a God that people believe. There are many philosophy genres that tried to explain the truth of life and universe, most of them rose during the warring states period, including the famous "Confucianism". Buddhism and Taoism(a indigenous religion that calls for harmonious relationship between people and that between people & nature) are also popular, each has its own "God".
In fact, the vast majority never believe that there are a God with human spirit. The philosophers believe that through self self-discipline, self-improvement and a whole system of society philosophy, people will finally get to a civilization stage. So even there is a God, he can never influence people's lives.

Maybe there is some difference between "I have to follow what he says or I'll be punished" and "He is there, so what?".

I've got a presentation about the differences and similarities between the West and the East base on religion. But I don't understand exactly about the East's religion. Can you show it for me?
