About me

Am young enough to have 4 fantastic sons, the eldest and his wife live in Ireland and remainder in the Cape Province - South Africa. Still not a "grandfather" yet so am floating around the recycled teenager sphere.
Growing up with my sons, I had to become a Little League then Junior League soccer coach and to stop arguments on the field, also qualified as a Southern Transvaal then Eastern Transvaal soccer referee.
I am one of a twin, my better half being my sis, and obviously the "brains" were dealt to me as my better half definately got the "looks". I am also the proud owner of an elder sister, known as Bigsis.

My work

Am currently the IM&T and Medical Equipment manager at a world-class Tertiary and Quatenary Central Hospital located in Kwazulu-Natal in South Africa. The hospital is an 846 bed hospital, 46 of these beds are "burns" beds. For more information, the hospital web page can be located at www.ialch.co.za
Previously I spend 26 years in the employ of Burroughs/Unidata/Unisys - changed company names 3 times and kept the same desk!
