Milk Tea
- Brew 2 to 3 Lipton Teabags in a Cup
- Add Condensed Milk (1 to 2 teaspoon)
- Or add Evaporated Milk
Coffee
- Nescape Instant Coffee/Japan UCC Special Blended coffee
- Add Condensed Milk (measure as desired)

Ingredients
(1). Sea Bass/Cat Fish Fillet - Slice Them into Pieces
(2). 3/4 Cup of White Rice
Sauces
(1). Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
(2). Corn Starch
Equipment
- Use A Sauce Pan with A Pan Cover
Procedure
(1). Mix 3/4 Cup of Water with Corn Starch & Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
(2). Saute Fish with Mixture
(3). In the Mean Time, put 3/4 Cup of White Rice into approximately One Quart of Water
Use Low Heat to Simmer & Don't Let Water Overflow.
(4). When Rice & Water become Sticky, Add Fish & Mixtrue into Sauce Pan; Stir until Fish is Cooked.

Ingredient
(1). Seafood - Can of Shrimp/Clam/Oyster/Tuna Fish
(2). Vegetable
- Green Onion
- Mushroom
- Onion
- Baby Carrot
(3). Seasoning
- Butter
- Grape Seed Oil/Olive Oil
- Ginger
- Cinnamon
- Honey
- Lime
- Ketcup
(4). Use Ramen or Somen Noodle or Vermicelli (Creative)
(5). Procedure
- Boil the Noodle/ Rinse with Cold Water
- Then pour oil into Japanese Clay Pot
- Stir-Fry the vegetable 1st, then the seafood(because they're in a can with juices); combine with seasoning.
- Simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until hot!!

- Swanson Chicken Garlic Broth or Beef Broth (You can find them at bargain for 2 for one dollar)
(2). Add Ingredient
- Can of small oyster or whole oyster (You can get them at one dollar store)
- Tofu cut into cubes
- Green Onion
- Vietamese Vermicelli or Somen Noodle
***Boil the Broth, Add Ingredient into Clay Pot. You can Saute with Fish Sauce and Sugar

(2). Vegetable
- Italian Squash, cut into cubes
- Tomato/Carrot, cut into cubes
- (optional) You can put Lettuce/Cabbage, slice them
(3). Sauce
- Marinated Italian Dressing (you can get them at One dollar Store)
- V-8 Fusion Juice(Mango & Orange)
***Mix (1)+(2)+(3) together in a Salad Bowl. Mix & Match Creatively***

(b) Meat
- Sausage cut to pieces such as Vienne Sausage or Spam
(c) Or Use Tuna Fish (You can find Vegetable Tuna Fish at Mexican Grocery Store)
(d) Seafood
- You can try Can of Smoke Oyster, Clam, Shrimp, or Crab meat (Get them at $0.99 cents store)
- Use Fish Ball, Meatball, or Fish Cake cut into Slices (Get them at Chinese Supermarket)
(2). Vegetable
(a) Tomato
(b) Onion
(c) Can of Green Peas or Bags of Frozen Mix Vegetables
(d) Carrot
(e) Mushroom
(f) Spout
(g) Sweet Corn
***Vegetables cut into pieces; Select and choose ingredients and vegetables creatively***
P.S. Seasoning is included in the Rice a Roni. Add a splash of Ketcup(optional)!!

(1). Ingredient
- $1.50 Paku Rice(Product of Japan) available at DAISO or Japan Town
- $1.50 MARUHA Seaweed Mix(Bag of Five) available at DAISO
- Orange - Cut into small cube
- Turkey Spam - Cut into small cube
- Splashes of Sweet Corn
(2). Procedure
(a). Put oil in Japanese Clay Pot
(b). Stir-fry the Turkey Spam Cube
(c). Then put slices of orange & sweet corn into the Clay Pot.
Stir-fry until hot.
(d). Put Nihon Rice into Clay Pot with some hot water
(e). Simmer the mixture for about 7 minutes. No need to worry because everything is cooked.

(2). Vegetable (Add Colours) - Wash the Vegetables
- Green Onion/Cabbage (Green color)
- Tomato (Red color)
- Sweet Corn (Yellow color)
- Carrot (Orange color)
- You can add an egg (optional)
(3). Equipment
- Use Rice Cooker or Japanese Clay Pot for Cooking Rice.
- Or You can use a Frying Pan with a Lit and Cook with Spagetti or a variety of noodles
(4). Procedure
- Cook the noodles/spagetti bring into boil and drain them
- Or You can Stir-Fry the Left-Over Rice
- Add oil to stir-fry the meat or seafood first; then add the vegetables
- Add curry cube, mix with water; close the lit, bring to boil
