Nihon Gohan(Japan Rice) with Japanese Seaweed, Citrus, Turkey Spam, & Sweet Corn

(1). Ingredient
- $1.50 Paku Rice(Product of Japan) available at DAISO or Japan Town
- $1.50 MARUHA Seaweed Mix(Bag of Five) available at DAISO
- Orange - Cut into small cube
- Turkey Spam - Cut into small cube
- Splashes of Sweet Corn
(2). Procedure
(a). Put oil in Japanese Clay Pot
(b). Stir-fry the Turkey Spam Cube
(c). Then put slices of orange & sweet corn into the Clay Pot.
Stir-fry until hot.
(d). Put Nihon Rice into Clay Pot with some hot water
(e). Simmer the mixture for about 7 minutes. No need to worry because everything is cooked.

I use orange because I've got lots of them at home. But you can create your own sweet sauce. One seasoning soy sauce I got from DAISO that cost $1.50 called KONBU TSUYU - the taste and smell is Japanese &
I love it!!
BTW, I think getting a right Japanese Clay Pot or Rice Cooker is the Key Ingredient for a good Japanese Meal.
You can find one under $10.00 in the common market.
