Oh my gosh! Soc looks a little bit like "blue" Does he have a curly tail? What breed or mix is he?

Carol, yep, he's a mix of Chihuahua and another kind of dog. When my neighbor gave him to us, his tale was cut. I asked my mom why they had to cut his tale. The reason is to make it more beautiful!!! Poor little Soc! Guess that it was painful for him.
