Lan Huế

"lt always is darkest before sunrise"

Only in Việt Nam 2

, , ,

"Hey Lan, loooook!" B.H. called. I turned around, and did not say a word. I shot the scene with a blank mind. And these are what it comes out. Enjoy, my dear Opera friends!

Hey Lan , Is this Leloi street ? And you take the picture front Hue Infomation Technology Center ? It's near grandmother's house.

On the HBO you can see : "Only on theatre !"
In Việt Nam everyone can see : "Only on Vietnam !"

I remember Hue City ......

This country (US)has never gotten the utitilitarian aspects of the bike. They are considered a "toy" here.

Hi Lan...ur 'Only in Vietnam' series are just hilarious :D
in Indonesia we have the same mode of transportation, i'm sure you remember them, we called it BECAK

Tyler Parke Young 4. September 2009, 21:21

A simpler way of doing things.

Huong Lan 6. September 2009, 10:03

@Stefan: yeah, i saw becak but have not try it yet. Maybe, I should try to travel around on it when I visit Bandung again.

@Tyler: Well, they will become toys as well when noone uses them as a mean of transportation. I heard that people have stopped producing cyclos in VN. :frown:
