It was a hot morning on the crowded Phú Xuân bridge (aka Mới bridge), I happened to see the image below. It looked funny but don't know why I could not laugh. Just wanna catch that moment and share it with you. You may think Việt Nam is unlike any other countries on the earth. Yeah! It's unique in every angle - bad or good. It's my Việt Nam.

Guess, what's special about the cyclo in the photo below?

I can't figure out what it is that he is carrying. It sorta looks like something to do with the carts that carry things.

i was wondering why the lady is wearing a helmet even though she was not riding a motorbike.:confused:

@ chi Trang: Well, maybe. She should register for a marathon. :D

@ Des: Assume that she rides a motorbike while accompanying the man on the cyclo. When they nearly reach the bridge with a slope, she decides to park her motorbike on the pavement to give the man a hand. That's why she is wearing a helmet as you see. Your thoughts?

it is almost similiar to your comments,the lady is riding her motorbike to the market and hired a cyclo driver to carry her stuff.

i think that is hard work time of Vietnamese labour, we should not consider it as a funny. there are many people in Vietnam have the same situation.
